Let us learn something about the battery below:
 
          The AA battery also called a double A or Mignon (French for "cute" or "adorable") battery is a standard size single cell cylindrical dry battery. 
          AA batteries are common in portable electronic devices. In 2011, AA cells accounted for approximately 60% of alkaline battery sales in the United States. In Japan, 58% of alkaline batteries sold were AA, known in that country as Tansan. In Switzerland, AA batteries totaled 55% in both primary and secondary(rechargeable) battery sales.

             After the case loading package, here we need to close the carton and seal it with the adhesive taper. Here comes the auto flaps folding case sealer:

           After the case sealing, the package is still not strong enough, here we also need to band the cartons by strapping machine: one and two banding is enough? Let us see the following steps to find the answer:



Yes ,it is not enough, here we need to add the third banding, see we need to make the carton turn 90°. With QT autopack ‘s design ,we get this device to make it achieve easily:

         And finally we can add the third banding on the package. Now you can take it to the warehouse.


           At last ,we make the palletizer to stack the goods on each pallet.
