Automatic case packer for packing the cooking oil.

We are professional on manufacturing the customized auto case packer. We designed different machine for different products, such as boxes loading, jar’s loading, bottles loading and multi-shaped products arrangement and loading pack machine.

Here is our carton erector that will prepare the unpacking cartons for the auto carton loading machine.
 
 
This is our auto Pick and place carton loading machine: the Picking device will hold 6  bottles of cooking oil with its Fingers, and load them into the unpacking cartons from the carton erector:
 
 
Here when the machine finish loading the cartons, they will be transferred to the carton sealer.
  
 
With its automatic flaps folder, the machine will close the carton panels and seal with the adhesive taper.
 
 

When we finish the carton packing. They will be taken to the other packing area.
 
 
This is the automatic Robot palletizer.
 
  
The Robot is both taking the cartons on the pallets, and taking the bigger bottles of cooking oil on the other pallets.
