        Automatic case packer for packing the cotton yarn ---pick and place top loading case packer machine.

Qitai Auto Pack Manufactures the auto case packing line for Cotton Yarn roller. The packing machine includes Auto case erector ,auto Pick and place case loading machine, auto case sealer, and auto Palletizer. The whole Packing line makes the workshop’s automation, with small footprint, and less packing cost.
 
This is the case erector that will prepare the empty cartons for loading:
 
 
 
It is automatically accumulating products, which picks each group of products by “Fingers”, and place the products to the conveyor for accumulation.

After the loading, the cartons will be transferred into the auto case sealer, that will fold the flaps of cartons and close it with adhesive taper.

Here we have the carton pusher to make the cartons turn 90°on the other conveyor. For we are going to put the cartons on the pallets with our automatic Palletizer.
