  This is the automatic case packer for the food packaging industry. it is the side loading solution.



          This is the auto side loading case packing machine. It is automatically accumulating the small boxes as a group, at the same time ,the empty carton that is supplied from the carton erector will be waiting nearby ,then push each group of boxes into the carton.

Small boxes stand-up device: it can make the box turn 90° to stand up accurately.


This is the empty cartons that are waiting here to be loading with small boxes.


The carton position holder will take it and turn 90° and go close to the boxes accumulation window.


Here you can see the carton is already kissing with the window.


Let us see the other side of the machine, the small boxes are accumulated as one group ,and will be pushed into the carton that is waiting on the other side.


There the group of small boxes are already pushed into the carton.


After finishing the loading, here the carton position holder will take it back to the original place.


Here you can see the carton is already filled with products.
